Preparation Surfaces must be prepared thoroughly before commencing. Surfaces are to be sound, stable, dry, and clean, free of loose foreign matter including any surface residues or existing coatings.
Buildings are to be constructed to relevant building standards and manufacturers recommendations are to be followed for all building materials used. Mixing Prepbond AP is ready for use.
Do not dilute Application Pour primer onto floor surface and spread using a brush or roller ensuring the entire area is primed. Allow primer to dry for approximately 5 minutes before commencing tiling, rendering, or waterproofing. A single component high solids polymer primer for porous surfaces
PREPBOND AP PRIMERS & ADDITIVES Coverage Coverage of Prepbond AP may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate. As a guide Prepbond AP will cover 7m2 per litre.
Clean-up Tools and other equipment must be cleaned up using water while the primer is still wet. Once product dried it needs to be removed mechanically.
Precautions Prepbond AP is a non-hazardous product. It is water based and non-flammable. In case of eye contamination, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. Do not apply where damp or hydrostatic pressure is evident. For applications or situations not mentioned contact Bonded Technologies or local Distributor. The manufacturer is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect use. The use of this product is beyond the control of the manufacturer and liability is restricted to the replacement of material proven faulty

If product splashes into eyes rinse thoroughly for at least 15 minutes with clean water. If Prepbond AP comes into contact with the skin, wash well to remove. Technical Data Packaging Prepbond AP is available in 5 litre jerry cans and 20 litre cubes. Shelf Life Prepbond AP has a shelf life of 12 months. Warranty All Bonded ® products come with a 15 year warranty, providing application and use is in accordance to the manufacturers printed directions for use on the latest Technical data Sheet.
